Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your email accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Just select the mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
